Perhaps it’s time to take a closer look at what’s going on in your head.  What conversations are going on between you and yourself without you really being aware?  How many times do you sub-consciously chastise yourself about your weight? Or beat yourself up for having had that fun-size treat TWO days earlier?  Would you dare say those things to your best friend? Absolutely NO-WAY, I hear you say!  So, why oh why do we say such things to our inner selves?

Sure, it’s really important to be mindful of what you eat and to get your body moving but if you’re not in the right head-space and constantly putting yourself down, those centimeters and kilos will keep on creeping up on you.  All your wonderful conscious efforts will be undone and you end up back at square one.  Sound familiar?
