Ingredients:

  • 120g papaya
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • about 100ml of water (adjust to desired thickness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of liquid vitamin C

Whizz it all up in your blender, I use a thermomix and drink as soon as you can.
