Oh my! This has to be my favourite fruit and veg drink of the month!  Not sure whether to call it a smoothie or a juice though.  It contains all the pulp so technically I guess I should call it a smoothie but it’s a lot thinner than my usual drinks so calling it a juice might be more fitting.

Oh my! This has to be my favourite fruit and veg drink of the month! Not sure whether to call it a smoothie or a juice though. It contains all the pulp so technically I guess I should call it a smoothie but it’s a lot thinner than my usual drinks so calling it a juice might be more fitting. Either way, it’s full of Vitamin C which some articles on the net say are currently helping people with infections.

Equipment

  • thermomix

Ingredients
  

  • 2 peeled ripe kiwi fruit
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup papaya
  • large handful of lettuce
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 50 g water

Instructions
 

  • Blitz in your blender or thermomix and drink as soon as you can. Mind you, it you’re like me, this one will be gone in record time!

Ingredients:

  • 2 peeled ripe kiwi fruit
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1cm ginger
