Hemp Protein Smoothie
Running late? Need a breakfast in a flash? Then this hemp protein smoothie is the one for you! Using a plant-based protein, such as Hemp Protein Powder with good fats from avocado and antioxidants from kiwifruit, it’s sure to fuel your body through the pressures of a busy morning.
Ingredients
- 1 serve of Hemp Gold protein powder or an alternative
- ½ banana
- 1 kiwifruit
- ½ avocado
- 250 ml water or coconut or nut milk
Instructions
- Simply combine all ingredients into a blender and blast until you’re happy with the consistency. Best to drink as soon as you can to get the most goodness out of your hemp protein smoothie.
