Brimming with antioxidants, this vibrant deep purple smoothie tastes as good as it looks!
- 25g mesculin (baby spinach or lettuce will do)
- 125g chopped purple carrots (about 2 small/medium ones)
- 100g chopped beetroot (raw)
- 75g frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp acai berry powder
- 100g ice cubes (about 12 medium)
- 50 – 100ml water depending on desired consistency
As always, I simply blitz in my thermomix and enjoy!
