My name is Bev, and while I am located in Morningside on Brisbane’s southside, I provide online consultations meaning you can access my services no matter where you are in Australia.

As a women’s health nutritionist I’m here to help you get your mind and body back on track. With simple, sensible advice based on real foods my role is to support you to make the necessary changes to enjoy a stronger mind and a healthier body today and tomorrow.

Each nutrition program is individually tailored to suit your needs and fit in with where you are at right now and the challenges that you face, whether that be menopause, mental health or other conditions. Whilst my primary focus is on everything from anxiety and depression to OCD and behavioural or learning issues, often there is a link with digestive issues and/or food intolerances too so I take a holistic view of what is going on for you. I also provide NDIS nutritional support.

As a Metabolic Balance Coach I am able to provide you with a personalised program to help you with weight-loss issues, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep and no energy. You can find out more about Metabolic Balance here.
